- UNICO LOGISTICS (Mexico) Co., Ltd. established.
2014
- Certified as ISO 9001:2008.
- UNICO LOGISTICS (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. established.
2013
- UNICO LOGISTICS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. established.
- UNICO opened 15000sqm-sized warehouse which is managing Samsung Electronics Home Appliance Products in St. Petersburg, Russia.
- Acquisition of the 4th ship, PANAMAX bulk carrier, MV. UNICO JIANNA.
- UNICO won the Contract of Affreightment (COA) for bituminous coal transportation of Korea South-East Power Co. Ltd.
2012
- UNICO Global LOGISTICS Tas LLC (Uzbekistan) established.
- Branch of OOO UNICO LOGISTICS Rus” in Tolyatti established.
- Christening Ceremony of 34,000 DWT bulk carrier MV. UNICO SIENNA on September 21st
2011
- The 3rd ship, MV. UNICO SIENNA was in the process of building.
- Certified as Korea AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) ‘A’ level.
- UNICO LOGISTICS USA, Inc. Houston established.
- UNICO LOGISTICS Baku LLC (Azerbaijan) established.
- UNICO Global Logistics LLC (Dubai, UAE) established.
- UNICO Global Uluslararasi Tasimacilik Ltd.Sti. (Istanbul, Turkey) established.
2010
- UNICO LOGISTICS B.V. , UNICO LOGISTICS CZ s.r.o. established in Europe.
- UNICO LOGISTICS Slovakia S.R.O. , UNICO LOGISTICS Polska sp. Z o.o. UNICO LOGISTICS KFT Hungary, UNICO LOGISTICS RO CEE S.R.L. established in Europe.
- UNICO LOGISTICS Japan & Guangzhou established.
- Opened a warehouse in Moscow.
- The 2nd ship named MV. UNICO Anna (Bulk carrier) purchased.
- Awarded a shipbuilding contract for 2 ships.
2009
- UNICO LOGISTICS USA Inc established and opened warehouse in Cypress, CA.
- Opened warehouses in Busan, Shanghai and Almaty.
2008
- UNICO RUS, Saint Petersburg office opened.
- UNICO Shipping Co., Ltd. established.
- First ship named M/V ESRA (Specialized Car Carrier) launched.
- Designated as General Agent of RailTransAuto
2007
- TOO UNICO Kazakhstan, OOO UNICO Vostok, UNICO LOGISTICS (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. established.
- UNICO Beijing, Astana, and Qingdao offices established.
- Obtained the First Class License granted by Ministry of Commerce in China.
- Obtained NVOCC License granted by Ministry of Communication in China.
- Designated as Trans Container General Agent in Korea

- Bonded Warehouse opened at Incheon International Airport (ICN).
